Hi, I'm Nidhi

I cook the way my grandmother did — by feel, by smell, by the colour things turn when they're ready. She never used a recipe book. She never measured anything. She said you cook with your senses, not with spoons.

I didn't plan to start selling food. I was just cooking for my family — the same masalas, the same chutneys, the same biscuits I'd been making for years. Friends would come over and ask if they could take some home. Then their friends started asking. At some point, I realized I was already making extra without meaning to.

That's still how it works. I don't run a factory. I cook for my family, and when I make a little extra, I offer it here. No production schedules. No inventory targets. Just real food, made the way it's meant to be made.

Real Ingredients

I get my wheat ground at a local chakki. My spices come from vendors I've known for years. Nothing pre-ground, nothing pre-mixed. If I wouldn't feed it to my kids, I won't sell it to you.

Every recipe on this site is complete — every ingredient, every step. You can make everything I make. The point isn't to sell you things. The point is to share what I know.

I don't make things to sell them. I sell things because I already made them. There's a difference. Everything here is made the same way I make it for my own table.

How It Works

I post recipes here — the real ones, with real photos from my actual kitchen. Most of the time, that's it. Just recipes. You read them, you try them, you tell me how it went.

But sometimes — usually on weekends — I make a little extra of something. When that happens, I add a "Batch Available" note to the recipe page. There's no fixed menu because there's no fixed production. What's available is whatever I happened to cook that week.

If you want something, send me a message on WhatsApp. First come, first served. I deliver free within our area. If you want to reserve something from next week's batch, message me — I'll set one aside before I announce it publicly.

And if nothing is available? The recipes are still here. Every single one of them, complete and honest. Try them yourself. Use the same ingredients. Taste the difference that real food makes.
